Privacy Policy
The Nursery Furniture Store will always keep your personal details private and secure. We will not sell, or share your personal details with third-parties, except where it is necessary to process your order. Some of the items available on our site are despatched directly by our suppliers and as such it will become necessary from time to time to provide them with your contact details to arrange delivery.
We only make use of telephone contact details in relation to your immediate order or enquiry, and will not use these for any subsequent unsolicited promotional or marketing activity.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

* your name
* address
* phone number
* email address
* purchase history

All financial details are stored and managed by Worldpay, our processing partner, including:

* credit/debit card details

We do not hold any of these financial details.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
Processing and Delivery
We will always keep you informed of the progress of your order.
On receipt of your order we will confirm the details with you and advise you of the expected delivery timescale. We will attempt to contact you when the goods are ready for despatch. We aim to fulfil orders from stock within seven working days.
Large items, such as nursery furniture sets will be despatched directly by the manufacturer (typically 4 to 6 weeks from ordering) and they will contact you directly to organise delivery and installation (optional extra).
Whilst every care is taken to ensure accuracy, prices and specifications on our website, they are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted on confirmation of your order will be the price you pay, regardless of subsequent price movement up or down before despatch.
In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order within the normal delivery period, we will contact you and offer you the option to cancel your order or choose an alternative product. Should an item become permanently unavailable, we will contact you as soon as this is known and in these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Returns & Replacements
If you wish to return your order
 If you are unhappy with your goods on receipt, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem. All goods must be inspected by you upon receipt and any damage in transit or shortages must be notified to The Nursery Furniture Store within 48 hrs of delivery.
Should you need to return goods for whatever reason you must notify us via email at enquiries@nursery-furniture.co.uk with the following information:

- Your full contact details
- Details of the product(s) that you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Date of purchase
- Our order/invoice number
We will then email back to you with an Approved Authorisation Number (AAN). This must be clearly visible on the returned package. We cannot accept unauthorised returns.
If you receive your order in good condition but you consider any item to be unsuitable, you may return it for a refund provided that you do so within 7 days of receipt and the item is returned in its original saleable condition and in its original packaging. In these circumstances you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of the return carriage. If any goods are returned without their original packaging and are not considered in saleable condition we reserve the right to charge for the goods. We regret that we cannot offer refunds on mattresses or assembled furniture unless faulty. When ordering assembled furniture please check that access to your premises will accommodate delivery. 
Where goods are found to be faulty on receipt, we will arrange for collection and offer the choice of a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
