We want your delivery to you to be as smooth as possible. We deliver FREE to Mainland UK only and ensure you are notified of delivery statuses every step of the way.

Post-Purchase Process:

Some Furniture Sets and Ranges may be delivered in more than one consignment. Once you have placed your order with us, you can expect to receive a call to arrange a suitable delivery date with you. This allows you to liaise with one of our Customer Advisers in order to find a date most suited to you and your lifestyle. Delivery can range from 3 – 21 working days; one of our team will advise you of all the relevant information upon confirmation of your order. If you are not in on your pre-arrange delivery date and time slot, there will be an additional charge for the re-delivery of your items.

The majority of items will be delivered flat packed unless stated otherwise on the product listing. There are a number of products that will come with a non-optional and included assembly service, time frames for these may vary so please contact us for more information. Again, with the assembly service, we will contact you to ensure a suitable time slot and date. With many of our other items, an assembly service is optional, please ensure you check listing details or contact us if you require any additional information in regards to this.

What If My Order Is On A Pre-Order?

If you have ordered particular items and they feature a pre-order date, we will contact you when we are ready for dispatch. You will be notified, by email, of any changes to the date or arrival and will confirm with you by phone once your items are ready for dispatch.

What If I Am Not In?

If you are not in upon the pre-arranged booked date and time slot of your delivery, there will be additional charges before the redelivery commences. We will contact you prior to the second delivery attempt to require additional payment and to ensure you will be able to receive your goods at a later date.
